The Ju‑Jutsu program of the Judo Club Osterode. A modern self‑defence system is trained, constantly adapting to current conditions. Techniques and movement patterns for defensive situations are taught. Adult classes run on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, and kids classes from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
